New Client Intro Training Package
After your consultation and movement assessment all new clients are eligible for an Introductory Training Package:
4 Personal Training Sessions
This is an opportunity for those who have never had a personal trainer before to experience the benefits and value of having a professional customize your workouts, designed around your current abilities, and guide you on the specifics of form and technique in order to effectively and efficiently achieve your goals. Cost - $300.
*One payment of $300 is due at the end of the consultation in order to secure your desired day and time for training. This price is only available at the end of the consultation as a special offer. Intro Training packages purchased at a later date and time will be charged the full $385. Sessions expire 3 weeks after the start of training. Training sessions are 60 minutes.

Single Sessions
Single sessions are 90 minutes.
Cost - $150
10 Personal Training Sessions
Cost - $125 per session. This package is for those who are unable to commit to the 3 month duration of the other packages.
* One payment of $1,250 is due at the start of training. Training sessions are 60 minutes.
24 Personal Training Sessions (2x a week for 3 months)
Cost - $100 per session. This package is for those looking to train 2 times per week.
*Payments are broken down monthly. Training sessions are 60 minutes.
36 Personal Training Sessions (3x a week for 3 months)
Cost - $95 per session. This package is for those looking to train 3 times per week.
*Payments are broken down monthly. Training sessions are 60 minutes.
*24 and 36 session packages have a ten day grace period at the end of 3 months to make up any missed sessions. Any sessions after that time will expire. 10 session packages expire after 6 weeks.
