Artificial Turf and Sleds
Artificial turf reduces the friction on the floor to allow for a sled to be pushed or pulled on the surface without difficulty. Any volume of weight can be added to the sled in order increase difficulty, maximize the challenge, and meet the specific capability of each individual. Artificial turf is also good for agility ladder drills and agility hurdles, as well as doing sprints, intervals, and jogging.

Safety Squat Bar
Safety Squat Bar
This allows for people with limited shoulder mobility to perform back and front squats with a bar that sits securely on their shoulders and grip handles in the front.
Hexbar
Hexbar
This is another great tool to assist people who have limited range of motion or mobility issues still lift weights. The hexbar can be loaded light or heavy depending on the person’s strength level, but the handles are to the side and elevated in order to assist those with mobility issues or range of motion issues in their shoulders or hips.
Practice Bar and 5lb Bumper Plates
Practice Bar
Often incorrectly called the “Women’s Bar”, which is just absurdly incorrect and sexist. There are a whole lot of incredibly strong women out there so let’s get the name right. Measured in kilograms the practice bar is approximately 12 lbs lighter than a traditional barbell. This allows for people who are just starting out in training to learn the proper form and movement patterns with a lighter, more manageable barbell. Hence, Practice Bar.
5lb Bumper Plates
These tend to be used in conjunction with the practice bar in order to allow the barbell to be the correct height off the ground for exercises like deadlift or cleans, while minimizing the weight being lifted. As with the practice bar, this allows for those just starting out to be able to practice proper form with more manageable weight.
